Each workshop explores an aspect of one of the 10 "Common Sense" Principles of GMP and how to customize it to your unique strategy and culture by creating and implementing a GMP Mastery™ Practice Map. They explore critical topics, and develop skills needed in the "Real World."

"GMP Fundamentals" Training and Coaching Program (for organizations)
